We ship to all UK addresses. Standard UK shipping is £4, and free on all orders over £40.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@medoralife.com and we'll look into it for you.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and we can't be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
